A serum with the most active derivative of retinoic acid available on the cosmetic market, namely retinal. According to numerous sources, it shows higher activity and, at the same time, lower irritant potential than retinol. Therefore, it is recommended for beginners and advanced users of retinoids, including under the eyes. The formula is also unique. The combination of squalane and watermelon seed oil, allowed for fast absorption, no unpleasant and greasy film. As a result, it is designed for all skin types. Indications for use are wrinkles, loss of firmness and elasticity, acne, blackheads and hyperpigmentation.
Immediate properties: on first applications, there will be significant smoothing and brightening. Sometimes there is a so-called rash, which the product quickly calms down.
Long-term properties: after about 5-12 weeks - improvement of skin firmness, reduction and/or shallowing of wrinkles, thickening of the epidermis, brightening of hyperpigmentation, prevention of new hyperpigmentation, regulation of sebaceous glands, reduction of blemishes.
Retinal 0.3% - retinaldehyde - a highly active ingredient. It is the last form of vitamin A, before conversion to retinoic acid, which is its only active form. All others must undergo a series of conversions. One conversion allows for faster and more effective skin care action, without causing greater irritant potential. The ingredient stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, improving skin firmness and elasticity. It stimulates skin cells to divide, making the skin thicker. In addition, it inhibits the activity of melanocytes and sebaceous glands, thus reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation and the formation of pimples. It also accelerates exfoliation, brightening already existing discoloration and evening out the skin surface.
Squalane - lipid - equivalent to human squalene, which is a natural component of sebum. It is distinguished by a wide range of applications, i.e. protection against excessive evaporation of water from the epidermis, rebuilding the lipid barrier, improving the level of hydration, increasing elasticity, regulating the activity of sebaceous glands, anti-inflammatory effect, softening and smoothing the epidermis, accelerating regeneration.
Isoamyl Laurate - dry emollient - non-comedogenic, reduces the viscosity of oils and gives silky smoothness and softness to the skin.
Watermelon Seed Oil - lipid - very light, non-comedogenic oil. It softens, smoothens, acts as an antioxidant and maintains proper moisture levels in the epidermis. It is also rich in fatty acids, i.e. palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic.
Vitamin E - known to us as the vitamin of youth. First of all, it exhibits antioxidant properties, affecting the reduction of free radicals, and thus slows down the aging process. In addition, it strongly moisturizes and accelerates regenerative processes.
INCI/INGREDIENTS: Squalane, Citrullus Lanatus (Watermelon) Seed Oil, Isoamyl Laurate, Retinal, Tocopherol.
