Therms and conditions

  1. Definitions
    1. Website – the website available at https://skintra.eu/, serving as the informational platform of the SkinTra brand, operated by Cosibella sp. z o.o., through which the User may explore the Product offering and access available functionalities.
    2. Administrator/Service Provider – Cosibella sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, entered into the National Court Registry by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Department of the National Court Registry (KRS), under number 0000832314, with its registered office at 15A Mineralna st., Building D3, 02-274 Warsaw, REGON: 385746050, NIP: 5223180504.
    3. User/Service Recipient – any person using the Website.
    4. Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions outlining the rules for using the Website.
    5. Service – a service provided electronically, performed without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by data transmission at the User’s individual request via ICT systems.
