A year-round acid tonic designed for year-round home care. The product has no phototoxic or photosensitizing potential. The ingredients include Mandelic Acid, Kojic Acid, Tranexamic Acid, Azeloglycine and Vitamin C, among others. The tonic weakens the bonds of epidermal cells, accelerating the physiological process of exfoliation.
Thus, it gradually lightens hyperpigmentation. Properties that reduce the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase limit the synthesis of melanin, thereby reducing the risk of new discoloration. Indications for the use of the product are skin with hyperpigmentation, dull, sallow, polluted skin, with a tendency to the formation of eruptions and blackheads. It can be used regardless of skin type.
Immediate properties: you will notice a brightening after the first application. The skin will also be softened and smoothed.
Long-term properties: brightened hyperpigmentation, slowed down the formation of new hyperpigmentation, regulated sebaceous glands, reduced the number of new pimples and blackheads. An interesting application is the acceleration of natural exfoliation, which can eliminate the use of exfoliating products.
Mandelic Acid 5% - accelerates exfoliation of the epidermis, thus lightening epidermal hyperpigmentation. Unblocks the sebaceous glands' outlets, which reduces the formation of blackheads and the removal of already formed ones. Of course, it is also antibacterial, which contributes to minimizing acne.
Kojic Acid 1% - intensifies the brightening properties of mandelic acid, inhibits tyrosinase (prevents the formation of hyperpigmentation). Regulates the sebaceous glands, minimizes the number of pimples that form, and also exhibits antibacterial properties.
Tranexamic Acid 2% - lightens epidermal and dermal-epidermal hyperpigmentation, inhibits tyrosinase (prevents the formation of hyperpigmentation). Antioxidant properties, determines the reduction of the formation of blackheads and fighting the work of free radicals, which are responsible for faster aging of the skin.
Azeloglycine 1% - a derivative of azelaic acid and glycine. Lightens epidermal and dermal-epidermal hyperpigmentation, inhibits tyrosinase (prevents the formation of hyperpigmentation). It regulates the sebaceous glands, and in addition, antibacterial properties, minimize the number of pimples that form. Similar to azelaic acid, it is anti-inflammatory, so it reduces inflammation and accelerates regeneration mechanisms.
Ethylated form of vitamin C 2% - lightens epidermal hyperpigmentation. Antioxidant properties determine the reduction of the formation of blackheads and the activity of free radicals, which are responsible for, among other things, faster aging of the skin.
INCI/INGREDIENTS: Aqua (Water), Mandelic Acid, Propanediol, Tranexamic Acid, Arginine, Kojic Acid, 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate, Sodium Metabisulfite, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol.
Did you notice that the ingredients used are not phototoxic? Which means that the tonic can be used regardless of the season!
We have distinguished 3 main ways of application. However, all these ways are united by the time of application, i.e. evening.
First application: on a clean and dry face, apply 4-5 drops of the product with your hands. You can wait for a while and apply a cream, or finish your skin care at this point. Avoid the eye area. Do a sensitization test before the first application.
Subsequent applications:
Method 1: on a clean and dry face, apply 4-5 drops of product, avoiding the eye area. Finish the care on this. For a stronger effect, apply a second layer. Use the tonic 1-5 times a week and max. 3 evenings in a row.
Method 2: on a clean and dry face, apply 4-5 drops of product, avoiding the eye area. Wait until fully absorbed and apply cream. If you wait about 15 minutes before applying the cream, then you will get stronger properties of the toner. Use 1-5 times a week and max. 3 evenings in a row.
Method 3: You can use the tonic in spots or on specific parts of the face, e.g. T-zone. Application scheme as in ,,way 1'' or ,,way 2''.
Note - you may feel burning or itching after applying the product, this is normal.
Do not use the product on skin that is vascular, allergic, irritated, burned (including by sunlight), mechanically damaged, and on active eczema,
Do not use the product on wet skin.
Use sun protection with a high SPF50 sunscreen for the entire treatment period and at least one month afterwards.
